Thank you for shopping with Grounded. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to customers in the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays Grounded is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days at deygl.buisness@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
